Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm, Saturday Delivery is available at at additional cost. Unfortunately we cannot allocate an exact time of delivery but in most case delivery is before 1pm. Contacting you to confirm the delivery date In some cases you will receive a phone call or email a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date, to confirm which day your order will be delivered. You will not receive a phone call for office chairs, as the delivery time is very short [2 to 3 working days]. Please note that we are unable to allocate an exact date or time of delivery.
Drop off point
Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries will be made to a reception or main entrance point of the building. If you would like more information regarding delivery time, please call our customer service department.
Privacy & Security do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. The transactions are then processed by our clearing bank Sagepay directly through their payment gateway, we do not have access to the credit card details. is tested quarterly to ensure that high security standards are maintained, which significantly reduces the risk that this site will be compromised and credit card or other sensitive data will be stolen or misused.

3D Secure also uses the 3D Secure facility. If you come across 3D Secure and haven’t registered, make sure you do.  3D Secure provides an additional layer of protection by asking you to enter a password that has been registered with your bank.   This way if your card information is obtained illegally, it will help to prevent funds being spent in your name.
Returns & Replacements
Most of our products are delivered in pristine condition, to ensure total satisfaction, please ensure that you inspect your item thoroughly upon delivery. In the eventuality that an item is faulty or damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. In such case we will endeavour to replace the item, where possible. If the item you bought is discontinued or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund.In all other cases of returns, the item must be in a sellable condition, in its original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt, please do not return an item without contacting us first as, in most cases we will arrange the pick-up. Making a Purchase - Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us and we will be happy to help with the processing of your order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.  All items remain the property of until paid in full.

Correcting Your Order
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on submit or make payment on the final page of our ordering process.  You can also call us and we will be happy to help processing your order.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the products ordered.

Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered .

Back Orders
In the eventuality of an item becoming out of stock, we will advise you of the new delivery time prior to placing a back order and you will also be offered the option of an alternative or a refund. Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

The warranty gives you an indication of the quality of the chairs. Most of our customers will extend the chairs life well passed warranty with spare parts if needed.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Viewing Orders
Once you have registered and placed your order you will then have the ability to check on the status of your order.

Once registered you can then update your account information so that any deliveries are accurate and so that we can keep you informed of any special offers available to our customers.  This is an opt in service and will not be abused
