CHAIRS SPARE PARTS DELIVERY

Within 24 hours of ordering we will email you a delivery date.
If no one is available to receive the parcel(s) on the proposed date, just let us know and we will reschedule as required.

Most of the spare parts are available from stock. (mesh inserts in colours may have a lead time)

Many of the spare parts are shipped via DPD with tracking, if you can provide a mobile number when ordering, you will receive a delivery hour time slot on your mobile.


SPARE PARTS ASSEMBLY

Castors: Replacing castors is easy, just pull them out and insert the new ones.
Armpads: Just unscrew the armpads and replace with the new armpads.
Armrests: Just unscrew the armrest and replace with the new armrest.
Regarding replacing a Gas-lift or fitting a Mesh Seat insert, we will email you video instructions.
Fitting a Notebook Arm or an Ergohuman Coat Hanger: both come with fitting instructions.
Legrests: Legrests cannot be retrofitted on a chair as they are only factory fitted.
If you already have a chair without legrest and need leg support, you would order an Ottoman standalone legrest.

After the Warranty has expired, as and when necessary, spare parts can be purchased to extend the life of the chairs. (armpads, castors, gas-lifts, mesh or leather inserts..etc.)
